Brief Biography
I was born in 1962 at a small village in North Greece. Ever since I was young, I was interested in spiritual matters, metaphysical phenomena and psychology. In 1981, I studied sports and physical education at Aristoteles University in Thessaloniki and for twenty years I worked as physical education teacher in primary schools, high schools and the Dimokrition University of Thrace.
I have dedicated myself to spiritual life and practice since 1992. The most important past of my inner journey began in 2002 when I met my beloved teacher Hairakhan Babaji and visited India every summer for ten years to retreat from the outer life and practice under the high frequency energies of Babaji’s Ashram, as well as those of Swami Sivananda and Ramana Maharshi. This intense period of practice resulted in a profound transformation of the mind and heart and an awakening to my essential nature (Consciousness).
Although I started giving talks and lessons a few years ago, I feel that the time has come to share my experience, knowledge and understanding in a broad and systematic way. My aspiration is to help as many people as possible to transform themselves, to reach a higher level of consciousness and to awaken to their divine nature. To free themselves from identification with the body, mind and ego, from the egoic tendencies and emotional mental conditioning and all the misery and suffering they cause. To create inner harmony and to live more and more the peace, fullness, freedom and happiness of your divine essence.
Since 2012 I live in Barcelona, Spain!
